Erin Elizabeth Boyd

Erin Elizabeth Boyd, 29, of St. Paul, died Wednesday, March 21, 2018, surrounded by her family, at the Pillars Hospice Home in Oakdale. She was born December 30, 1988, in St. Paul, to Clinton Boyd and Denise Szmiot and attended school in Forrest Lake. Erin enjoyed shopping, getting her nails done and other self-pampering treatments. She loved her children dearly and always wanted to be with her family.
She is survived by her 4 children, Leah, Layla, Stetson, Jr. and Liana McKee; her mother, Denise Szmiot of Welch; 3 siblings, Clinton Boyd, Jr. of St. Paul, Michelle Boyd of Minneapolis and Rachel Boyd of St. Paul; paternal grandfather, Clarence Boyd of Brainerd and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father, Clinton Boyd, Sr. and grandmothers, Pauline and Darlene.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, March 31, 2018 at the Prairie Island Community Center. Visitation will begin at 3 p.m. on Thursday, March 29, and continue until the time of the service on Saturday. Burial will be at the Prairie Island Community Cemetery.
