Dick Enz, 87, of Red Wing, died Monday, August 15, 2016, at St. Crispin Living Community, Seminary Home in Red Wing. He was born October 4, 1928, in Red Wing, Minnesota, to James F. and Marion (Wakefield) Enz. He graduated from Red Wing High School and went on to serve in the United States Army in Korea. He then became a Lineman for NSP. On August 16, 1952, he was united in marriage to Pat Heise. He was a member of the Red Wing Elk's Lodge. He enjoyed Fleischmann's whiskey with a cigar, playing video poker, hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his daughter, Missy (Jeff) Larson of Red Wing and two granddaughters, Molly and Karla Larson. He was preceded in death by his wife Pat, and brother Bob Enz. He passed away in time to join Pat for their 64th wedding anniversary and have never spent an anniversary apart.
Per his wishes, there will be no services. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Heartland Hospice 821 3rd Avenue, SE, Suite 15 Rochester, MN 55904-7300 or donor's choice.
