The events of the past 4 years have touched all of us and had a dramatic impact on our lives. As a result, things seem to be changing often and changing quickly, making it difficult to know what type of planning we should be doing to protect ourselves, our assets, and our families.

Now, more than ever before, it’s important for us to have updated and correct legal forms in place. Powers of attorney, wills or trusts, health care directives, funeral and/or cremation directives, and long-term care options and preferences all play a role in our end-of-life planning. Many of these tools are actually fairly simple to set up and affordable to do if done in advance.
