Barry Lee Hohmann, 52, of Bay City died on Monday, August 6, 2018. Barry was born on April 17, 1966 in Red Wing to Calvin and Lois (Baker) Hohmann. He graduated from Ellsworth High School in 1985 and worked for many years as a baker at Econo Foods. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, and was a guitar enthusiast. He loved to cook, especially for his mother, for whom he was a caregiver. He was an avid Packer fan, liked old time and rock & roll music, and enjoyed his beloved dog, Teddy.
He is survived by his mother, Lois of Bay City; three brothers, Jesse (Diane) Hohmann of Bay City, Gene (Kris) Hohmann of Bay City, and Tim (Linda) Hohmann of Ellsworth; nieces and nephews, Daphne (Danny Moorehouse) Hohmann, Derick Hohmann, Jessica Huppert, Benjamin Hohmann, and Steven Hohmann; seven great nieces and nephews; and one great-great nephew. He was preceded in death by his father; maternal and paternal grandparents; and nephew, Terrance Hohmann.
A funeral service will be 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel with Deacon Bob Kelly presiding. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
