Clinton DeWyne Robinson

A memorial service for Clinton Robinson will be held Saturday March 3rd at 2:00 PM at Mahn Family Funeral Home, Rochester Chapel. Clinton, age 38, died Wednesday February 21, 2018 at Mayo Clinic Hospital, St. Mary's campus.
Clinton DeWyne Robinson was born April 27, 1979 in Chicago, Illinois. He moved to Rochester, Minnesota in 1996 and worked at AMPI for six years. He has worked for Charter Communications for the past ten years. Clinton met Kimberly Wallace in 2001, and the couple married in 2012.
He is survived by his wife Kimberly Robinson of Rochester; two sons Maji and Jae'den Robinson of Rochester; a daughter Kyara Robinson of Albuquerque, New Mexico; a step-son Cole Wallace of Rochester; his parents Reginald and Lisa Lewis of Stewartville; grandmother Frankie Lewis of Chicago; brothers Rodney (Kaitlyn) Atkins of Stewartville, Dawante (Allie) Atkins of Rochester, Davante (Maria) Atkins of Rochester; and a sister Sarina Hightower of Rochester. Also surviving are nieces, nephews, and Clinton's longtime friend and godfather to his sons, JuanCarlos Rodriguez, of Rochester.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Clinton and Geraldine "Mama" Wright; and his Grandpa Lewis.
Additional services in Chicago, Illinois are pending, and burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery in Chicago.
