Julie Marie Medjanyk

March 13, 1962 — September 12, 2018

Julie Marie Medjanyk was fantastically feral in life. She was wild about her family & friends, ferociously protective over those she loved, and feared nothing but the confines of being "normal." Julie treasured the freedoms life allowed; like adventures on her beloved Harley, madcap travel with her partners-in-crime (Jestine & Sage), painting her life in unexpected colors, albeit rainbow hair highlights, artistic tattoos, or Hippie-chick fashion, and her child-like kittenish playfulness & mischief which inspired infinite throw-your-head-back LOL's.
On occasion, Julie raised a little hell when needed, but she always had the heart of an angel-boundlessly believing in the people she loved, endlessly caring for kids & all animals, seeking justice for the little guy, and living a life of wide-open love.

Julie was a cherished Daughter, Mother, Sister, Aunt, Niece, Cousin, Soul Mate, Best Friend, Momma Bear, and Free Spirit; and these are just some of the lucky people who Julie fiercely loved and who will never forget her:
Mother Judy Medjanyk (Russ), Best Friend & Daughter Jestine "bean" Medjanyk, Adored Grandson Sage Winmill (Hailey), Partner-in-crime & brother Mike "Mikie" Medjanyk (Sharon Medjanyk [Soul's Sister]), Niece Sophie & Nephew Sammy, Uncle Darrell Campbell (Lynn), Aunt Darelynn Lehto, Uncle Chuck Fairbanks (Jocelyn), Uncle John Campbell (Deb), Aunt Faith Finn, Uncle John Medjanyk (Sharon), Uncle Toni Medjanyk (Mary Jo), Aunt Sue Brambilla, Dan Jesser, Joan E. Kealy, Chrissy & Lisa Jirovec, Janet Ollig, and a tribe of adored cousins, and friends & family too numerous to list.
Beloved family & friends welcoming Julie in Heaven will be: her beloved father Mike Medjanyk, Grandma Fern Kraushner, Uncle Joe Lehto, Niece Courtney Durfee, Great Grandma Hazel Wells (Sam), & Uncle Vine Wells (Rita).

A Celebration of Life will be Sunday, September 16, 2018, 1 p.m. Drum procession meet-up at Tipsy Turtle, Visitation from 2 - 6 p.m., Feast & Memorials to follow. Julie's Celebration of Life is Viking's Themed; Game Day attire is encouraged.
