Kaysie Nicole Kerr

Kaysie Nicole Kerr, age 35, of Rochester, passed away March 2, 2018, in Rochester surrounded by her family and friends after a short, courageous battle with cancer. Kaysie Nicole Kuehn was born January 3, 1983 in Rochester to Jon and Dana (Davis) Kuehn. She graduated from Kingsland High School. Kaysie graduated from the Dental Hygeine Program at RCTC in June of 2006. She had worked for Midwest Dental for eleven years and part time at Tilly's, and was most recently employed by Stewartville Family Dentistry. On October 15, 2011, she married Corey Kerr at Christ United Methodist Church in Rochester. Kaysie was a member of Christ United Methodist Church. Her greatest love was her husband and children. She enjoyed traveling, playing volleyball and hanging out with her girlfriends. And especially enjoyed spending weekends at the lake with her family.

Survivors include her husband Corey Kerr, her daughter Ashleigh Kerr, her son Waylon Kerr, her parents Jon and Dana Kuehn, her sister Kristi Kuehn-Jack, her grandmother Carolyn Davis, father in-law Bill Pogachnik, and her mother-in-law Deb Kerr, sister-in-law Kristen (Steve) Lee, her niece Kendall Jack, nephews Carson Jack, Colton, Connor, and Charlie Lee. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Charles, Sr. and Marjorie Kuehn, Roland (Speed) Davis, Arby and Ann Chilson.

The funeral service will be 11:00 am Thursday at Christ United Methodist Church, 400 5th. Ave. S.W., Rochester, MN with Rev. Katy Lee officiating.
Friends may call from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm Wednesday at Christ United Methodist Church, and one hour before the service Thursday, also at the Church. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Eagles Club in Rochester, following the services at the church.
