Lula Mae Chamberlain

Lula Mae Chamberlain, 97, of Red Wing, died Thursday, September 7, 2017, at her home at Deer Crest. She was born on October 4, 1919, in Red Wing to Archie and Louisa (Geisemann) Latew. She graduated in 1938 from Red Wing Central High school. On May 15, 1943, she married Ronald Chamberlain and they resided in Red Wing. She worked at Woolworth's, JC Penny's, and Stevensons and for 25 years at Spurgeons, retiring in 1989. She was a member of First Covenant Church and enjoyed sewing, reading and traveling.

She is survived by nieces and nephews along with other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband; two sisters; one brother and three half-sisters.
