Marjory "Lulubell" Klevan

Marjory "Lulubell" Klevan, age 89 of Zumbrota died on Sunday, November 26, 2017 at the Zumbrota Health Services. A memorial service will be on Friday, December 1, 2017 at 1:30 PM at United Redeemer Lutheran Church in Zumbrota with Reverend Dr. Margaret Pleiss-Sippola officiating. Burial will be in United Lutheran Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday from 4:00-7:00 PM at the Mahn Family Funeral Home - Larson Chapel in Zumbrota and on Friday for one hour prior to the service at the church.
Marjory Lulubell Livingston was born on September 29, 1928 in Pine Island Township, Goodhue County, MN to Peter and Laura (nee Kurth) Livingston. Lulubell grew up on the farm, attended country school and graduated from Mazeppa High School in 1946. On November 23, 1946 she married Harry M. Klevan at St. John's Lutheran Church in Mazeppa. They farmed in Minneola Township for many years, retiring in 1985. In 1999 Lulubell moved into Zumbrota. Lulubell was an active member of the Farm Bureau and ladies aid at United Redeemer Lutheran Church and a member of the Stary-Yerka VFW Post Auxiliary.
Lulubell enjoyed gardening, crocheting, playing cards, sewing, flower gardening and spending time with family; especially her grandchildren.
Lulubell is survived by her sons, James (Janet) Klevan of Red Wing and Darrell (Suzanne) Klevan of Goodhue; grandchildren, Rebecca Klevan Schmitz, Elisabeth Geyen, John Klevan, Kathryn Scharnweber and Thomas Klevan; great-grandchildren, Abigale, Isabelle, Gunner, Colten, Soren, and Isla; brother, Wayne (Audrey) Livingston of Wanamingo and many nieces and nephews.
Lulubell was preceded in death by her husband, Harry, parents, daughter, Nora Klevan; sisters, Laureen Prigge and Sharon Fogelson.
