It is with heavy hearts we announce the loss of our loving son, brother, nephew, uncle and cousin. Mason Gordon Dahl, 26, of Red Wing, passed away on Wednesday, January 30, 2019, at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester. He was born on January 26, 1993, in Red Wing to Brad and Debra (Foxworth) Dahl. He attended school in Red Wing and then lived a number of years in Houston, Texas, where he worked in the automotive industry. Mason returned to Red Wing in 2018 and worked at AmericInn and the Country Inn and Suites. Mason greatly enjoyed fishing, bowling, swimming, skateboarding and video games. Mason's sweet smile and charm will be deeply missed.
Mason is survived by his father, Brad Dahl of Red Wing; his twin brother, Bradley Clinton Dahl of Houston, Texas; two sisters, Cassandra Head and Gabrielle Banda of Houston, Texas; aunts and uncles, Norris and Janet Dahl of Savage, Nancy and Delbert Johnson of Red Wing and Linda and Royce Lynner of Red Wing; Vanessa and Mark Rodgers of Temple, Texas, Patricia and Maia Foxworth of Pearland, Texas and Tammie and Marc Gentry of Houston, Texas along with many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. Mason was preceded in death by his mother, Debra (Foxworth) Holman and grandparents, Mason and Kay Dahl, and James (Pete) and Mavie Lee Brewer.
A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 11, 2019, at the Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.mahnfamilyfuneralhome.com.
