Pamela Jean Schafer

Pamela Jean Schafer, 65, formerly of Goodhue, died on Saturday, August 25, 2018, at Centennial Gardens Nursing Home in Crystal. She was born October 16, 1952, to Richard and Lucille (Anderson) Schafer. She graduated from Goodhue High School and attended the University of Minnesota and Tel Aviv University. Pam graduated from Brown University and worked for 20 years at the Star Tribune. Over the years, she lived in both Minneapolis and Goodhue.
Pam is survived by her goddaughter, Lisa Quinlan; and many close and special friends.
