Alice Helen Richardson

Alice Richardson, 83, formally of Lake City, passed away on December 8, 2025, at the Field Crest Care Center in Hayfield, MN.

Alice was born on October 25, 1942 in Houston, TX., to John & Ruth (Hough) Richardson.

Alice grew up in Houston, TX living there until 1998. Alice moved to Lake City to be closer to her daughter and grandchildren in 1998. She worked in house keeping at the Lake City Care Center for many years. Alice enjoyed gardening, watching Halmark Movies and most of all her family time.

Alice is survived by her daughter, Debra (John Radtke) Oelkers of West Concord; her sons, Kevin Kitzmiller of Porter, TX., Glen Kitzmiller of Porter, TX.; 5 grandchildren, Marcus Oelkers, Sophia (Brandon Campbell) Oelkers, Amber Bernardic, Damian Kitzmiller and Christian Kitzmiller.

She is preceded in death by her parents and 5 brothers, Sonny , Sammy, Tom, Donald Richardson; 2 Sisters Anna Foster, Dorothy Brooks and a special friend Bob Krueger and many others.

A Celebration of Alice’s Life will be held on Monday December 15th from 11 to 1 at the Mahn Family Funeral Home – Anderson Peterson Chapel in Lake City. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Lake City. Online condolences may be left on www.mahnfamilyfuneralhome.com.
