Betty J Slauson

Betty J. Slauson 95 of Lake City passed away December 24, 2021 at the Lake City Hospital.

Betty was born June 26, 1926 in Lake City to Edward & Alvina (Fuhrman) Anderson. Betty graduated from Lincoln High School. She married Wilbur Slauson June 15, 1956 in Wabasha. They lived in Lake City. Betty worked as a seamstress at the Lake City Coat Factory for 39 years. Wilbur passed away in 1965. Betty enjoyed traveling the world with her brother Harley.

She is survived by a half nephew John Slauson of Mounds View, MN. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Wilbur, brother, Harley Anderson; a half-brother, John Halpaus Sr, and two half-sisters, Ida Pilger and Hazel Key and a half niece Nancy Blackard.
