Betty Lou Solberg

Betty Lou Solberg, 84, of Red Wing, Minnesota, passed away on Thursday, December 25, 2025. She was born to Donovan and Beth (Wallace) Johnson in Poplar, Montana on November 12, 1941. Betty grew up in Poplar and graduated from Poplar High School. On March 26, 1960, she married Roy Solberg in Poplar, Montana. They had two daughters, Stacy and Royal. Betty was a proud farm wife, she also worked as a dental receptionist for 10 years in Big Sandy, Montana. Betty enjoyed crafting, reading, and cooking.

She is survived by her daughters, Stacy Solberg and Royal Keckley; Granddaughters, Courtney (Nick) Hince and Ashley Shaw (TJ Olson); Grandson, Nate (Arelly) Keckley; Great-Grandsons, Brady, Barrett, and Waylon; her sister, Sharon Ojile; and special friend, Jamie Shaw.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Roy Solberg; and parents, Beth and Don Johnson.
