Donna Jean Kisor (née Morrow), 88, of Farmington, died Sunday, November 9, 2025 at Legacy of Farmington Sr. Living. She was born on Christmas Eve, 1936 to Lawrence and Lottie (Schmultz) Morrow. She grew up in Ohio and following graduation, in 1955, she married Air Force serviceman, Ralph Kisor. The couple made their home in Anchorage, Alaska where all three of their children were born. After 21 years of marriage, Donna and Ralph parted ways. Donna then went onto a 30-year career with General Dynamics soldering F16 parts.
Donna loved sports. She pitched on her work softball league into her 50's. In her younger years, she was part of a bowling league. Once her own sporting days were behind her, she became an enthusiastic hockey-grandma, cheering on her grandchildren. Donna was always a hard worker and if her focus wasn't on work, it was on her family. She was always very proud of her grandchildren and step-grandchildren.
Donna had a friendly, bubbly personality which despite an Alzheimer's diagnosis, she kept until the end. She was an active member of the Sr. Living Community and enjoyed participating in field trips and shared activities. She was a warm and gentle soul who will be missed by many.
She is survived by her daughters, Fawn (Jim) Master of Zimmerman, Minn., and Patricia Kisor of Farmington, Minn.; daughter-in-law, Denise Kisor of Red Wing, Minn.; 4 grandchildren, Jacob and Michael Master, Amber (Andy) Kisor and Dustin (Jessica) Kisor; step-grandchildren, Kristi, Katie and Kelly; 10 great-grandchildren; friend and step-mother to her children, Anne Kisor; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.
She is preceded in death by her son, Steve; son-in-law, Steve Kruger; ex-husband and father of her children, Ralph Kisor, and siblings, Dorothy, Joyce and Bill.
