Dorothy Ann Kulseth

Dorothy (Webster) Kulseth, 80, of Red Wing, Minnesota formerly from Pine Island, Minnesota passed away on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at Edenbrook Pine Haven in Pine Island. A private family and friends graveside service will take place at Oakwood Cemetery.

Dorothy was born February 5th, 1946 in Red Wing, Minnesota to Albert and Sylvina (Pederson) Webster. Dorothy grew up in Pine Island, where she attended school and was confirmed at Pine Island Methodist Church. After school she married Larry Trelstad on July 12, 1963, at the Methodist Church. Dorothy and Larry lived five miles west of Pine Island, on a farm. They had two children, Thomas and Kathy Jo Trelstad. Dorothy worked for many years at the Pine Haven nursing home.

Later on, Dorothy and Larry divorced and Dorothy moved to Red Wing. She worked at the Seminary home for five years, then she cleaned houses in the Red Wing area for many years. In 1992, she then went to work for the St. James Hotel in Red Wing.

On August 3rd, 1991, she married Richard A. Kulseth from Theif River Falls. They made their home in Red Wing. Dorothy enjoyed NASCAR racing, camping, listening to music, and spending time with the grandchildren in her free time.

Dorothy is survived by her son, Thomas (Angie) Trelstad of Wanamingo; five grandchildren, Sara Lutz of Rochester, Susan Lutz of Plainview, Nathan Lutz of Oronoco, Alex Trelstad of Wanamingo, and Bethany Trelstad of Wanamingo; three great-grandchildren, Tanner Knutson, Maddie Pavelka, and Lainey Pavelka; her sister, Jean Miller of Rochester; and her sisters-in-law, Sandra (Denny) Johnson of Mesquite, Texas, Shirley Webster of Rolling Stone, and Amy Webster of Village, Florida.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard; her daughter, Kathy Jo; parents; brother, Lewis Webster and Robert Webster.
