Francis "Fran" Lenora Bailey

Francis “Fran” Lenora Bailey, 99, of Zumbrota, passed away at Zumbrota Health Services on Wednesday, September 9, 2026. She was born on March 29, 1927 in Goodhue, MN to Haakon Peterson and Lenora Holst. She enjoyed dancing polka.

Fran is survived by her children, Dale Whitted, Danny Whitted, Larry (Lois) Pederson, and Donna (Gary) Dovel; sister, Sharon Urness; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; one great granddaughter; and many other nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Harley and Calvin; sister, Joann; daughter, Pamela; and three children who died at birth.

A private family burial will take place at Lands Lutheran Church Cemetery.
