Geraldine Louise Johnson

Our loving mother, Gerry, passed away peacefully on Sept. 23 rd , 2023 at 94 years old. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Kenneth; brother, Earl, sisters Betty and Delores. She is survived by sons Gary (Nancy), Rick (Barb) and daughter Judy. Grandchildren, Sean (Kelly), Brad (Cindy), Mark (Lisa), Adin, Alissa (Justin), Holly (George). Great grandchildren, Isaac, Revel and Eliana. Many nieces, nephews, family and friends. We will miss her dearly, but happy she’s finally with Dad. She lived a full life full of love and fun. She enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening, reading, fishing, playing cards, sewing and wood carving. She especially loved all our dogs and is probably holding all of them close.  Gerry’s family would like to thank the dedicated and caring staff at Crestview in Columbia Heights and the Grace Hospice team for providing wonderful, loving care for her in the past year and a half. A Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday, October 4th, 11:00 am at Mahn Family Funeral Home - Larson Chapel in Zumbrota, MN. 1475 Jefferson Drive, Zumbrota, MN 55992. Burial will follow at Lands Lutheran Church Cemetery. Luncheon will be served afterwards.
