James “Jim” Joe Noble, 51, of Austin, Minnesota, passed away peacefully in his sleep on October 31, 2025.
Jim was a man with a big heart and an even bigger love for the outdoors. He found joy in life’s simple things — fishing by the water, rescuing any animal that crossed his path, and working with his hands in construction.
He is survived by his daughters, Krisstine and Miranda Joe “MJ” Noble; David Nelson, whom he loved like a son; his mother, Gwen Noble; his former wife, Anna, whom he loved and cherished; his brothers, Matthew (Kate) Noble and Jonathan (Melissa) Noble; his sister, Elizabeth (Eric) Gustafson; his half-brother, Brandon Noble; and half-sister, Melissa Noble. He will also be lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews — Morgan, Henry, Charlie, Oliver, Edward, Hannah, Jonas, and Gabriel — along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins who cherished him deeply
He was preceded in death by his father, Larry Noble; his grandparents; two aunts; and four cousins.
Jim’s family finds comfort in knowing he is now free of pain and at peace. His memory will live on through the laughter, compassion, and strength he shared with everyone who knew him.
A Celebration of Life will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at Mahn Family Funeral Home Bodelson-Mahn Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior.
