Jane "Betsy" White

Jane “Betsy” White, 75, passed away at her home in Lake City on Monday, December 23, 2024.

Betsy White was born May 7, 1949 in York, Maine. Betsy and her husband Darrel made Lake City their vacation spot at Camp Lacupolis. After retirement, they became permanent residents on Ida Path. When Darrel died, Betsy carved out a place for herself, joining the VFW Auxiliary 8729, becoming a life member. Volunteering many hours working Friday Night meat raffles and fund-raising events. 

She leaves behind 2 sisters, Sally Turner of Dover, NH., Kathleen Turner of Yarmouthport, MA.; Cousins, Aunties; Cats, Waldo, and Charlie; and many, many wonderful friends, and great memories.
