Lawerence "Larry" Wampler

Lawerence "Larry" Eugene Wampler, age 95, passed away Friday, February 9, 2024, at Fairview Care Center, in Dodge Center, Minnesota. Lawerence was born August 24, 1928, in Savannah, Missouri to Howard and Maude (Stuart) Wampler. He graduated from high school in Stanberry, MO. Lawerence was united in marriage to Evelyn Marie Eisenbacher on June 30, 1953. During his 40+ years in the workforce, Lawerence held positions at Midwest Breeders/Genex/21st Century Co-Op, in Emmet County, Iowa and Wabasha County, Minnesota.

Lawerence is survived by his children; Steven (Laurie) Wampler, Terry Wampler, Lynn (Paul) Grovdahl, Lisa (Joe) Tointon, and Michael Wampler.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Evelyn; siblings, Marvin Wampler, Nadine Killam, and Norma Lee Wampler.

A graveside service is planned for Thursday, February 15th at 11:00 am., at Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery, Preston, Minnesota.
