Margaret "Fa" Juslin Cooper, 99, a longtime resident of Diamond Bluff, died Monday March 17, 2025, at the Benedictine Living Community in Red Wing. She was born on June 1, 1925 in Brimson, MN. She married Robert Cooper and they lived in the Diamond Bluff area and wintered in Texas. He preceded her in death in 1989. Per her wishes no services will be held. Memorials are preferred to St. Croix Hospice. Arrangements are by the Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel in Red Wing.
