Patricia "Pattie" Mae (Hubbard) Omsberg

Patricia “Pattie” Mae Omsberg, 77, of Red Wing, died January 14, 2021 at the Bayview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.  She was born August 23, 1943, in Barron, Wisconsin, to LaVerne and Geraldine (Livingston) Hubbard and grew up and attended school in Barron.  After high school, she lived at the North Wisconsin Colony and Training School and then moved the Friendship Home in Ellsworth.  She was married a short-time, to Leroy Burgess, divorcing after 7 years.  She later met the love of her life, Ray Omsberg, and they were married on June 7, 1986.  They moved to Yankton, South Dakota for five years, and returned to the area and resided in Red Wing.  She worked a short time at Treasure Island Resort and Casino.  Pattie enjoyed listening to gospel music and shows and loved taking care of her and Ray’s pets-- their little doggies and cats.

She will be deeply missed by her husband, Ray; 8 siblings, Danny (Sandy), Marleen, Rodger (Linda), Sheri (Greg), Mark (Darla), Shelly (Curt), Brenda (Larry) and Becky (Paul).  She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Dennis.
