Patrick “Rob” Robert Sullivan, 56, of Hager City, Wisconsin, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, September 14, 2026, at his home. He was born August 12, 1970, in Baldwin, Wisconsin, to Jerry and June (Fandrich) Sullivan. Rob grew up as one of nine children in the Sullivan family. He and his siblings shared a close bond that continued throughout their lives, and family remained an important part of who Rob was. Over the years, Rob worked a variety of jobs, including roofing alongside his dad. He also spent several years in the Georgia and South Carolina area, where he and his longtime partner, Tammy, worked for his brother Jerry “Joe” doing hardwood flooring. For the past several years, Rob and Tammy continued working side-by-side cleaning and caring for a local vacation cottage. Rob took pride in his work, was good with his hands and had a knack for figuring things out. Rob was a down-to-earth, caring man with a goofy sense of humor who loved to laugh and tease those closest to him. He was the kind of person who would give you the shirt off his back and was always willing to lend a hand. Whether something needed fixing, a car needed working on, or one of his boys needed help with a project, Rob could always find a way to get the job done. More than anything, Rob loved his family. He and Tammy met when they were just 15 years old and went on to share more than four decades of life together, building a family and countless memories along the way. Through all of life's changes, they remained an important part of one another's lives. Rob's greatest pride was his three boys, Patrick, Cody, and Kevin. He was a loving, patient and devoted father, someone his boys could always turn to and who was ready to help, listen, laugh or simply spend time with them. Becoming a grandfather to Matthew brought Rob another special kind of joy. He loved getting down on the floor and playing with him, patiently finding ways to connect with him and make him laugh. That patience and willingness to meet people where they were at came naturally to Rob. Family gatherings often found Rob sitting around visiting, reminiscing about old times, laughing with everyone and making plans for the next thing he was going to help one of his boys with. He showed his love through the countless ways he was there for the people who mattered most to him. He will be deeply missed by the family and friends who loved him.
Rob is survived by his significant other, Tammy Sullivan; his children, Patrick Jr. (Elizabeth) Sullivan, Cody Sullivan, and Kevin Sullivan; grandchildren, Breanna Sympson and Matthew Sullivan; siblings, James (Debbie) Sullivan of Red Wing, Jeffrey Sullivan of Bay City, Jerry Jr. (Diana) Sullivan of Garden City, Georgia, John (Carissa) Sullivan of Bay City, Jesse Sullivan of Red Wing, and Jackie (Randy) Alms of Red Wing; as well as many other relatives and friends.
Rob was preceded in death by his parents, Jerry and June Sullivan; and his brothers, Kevin and Keith Sullivan.
Funeral service times are pending and will be posted when available.
