Patsy Harrington, 83, of Rochester, died Thursday October 14, 2021 at Olmsted Medical Center in Rochester. Joining her husband's final resting place, a private placement of her urn in the columbarium at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis will occur at a later date.
