Robert E. Campbell, 78, formerly of Milaca and Prairie Island, died Monday, July 20, 2015 at Fairview Ridges Hospital in Burnsville. Funeral service will be 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at Prairie Island Community Center. A visitation will begin at 1 p.m. that day and continue until the service begins. Burial will be at Prairie Island Community Cemetery.
