Shannon Owen

Shannon “Shenanigans” Kathleen Owen age 55, died Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at Regions Hospital in St. Paul. She was born September 5, 1969 to Quentin Owen and Sandra Glander in Sisseton, SD. She was later adopted by the Wagner family and grew up in Hutchinson, MN. Shannon loved baking, cooking, music and dancing. She was a person who enjoyed keeping up with the latest trends and was a fashionista. More than anything she enjoyed her family.

She is survived by her adopted mother, Marlene Wagner; daughters, Jamie Pearson, Jennifer Pearson, and Jazmyne Harris; grandchildren, Maison Lindell, Stella Bradish, Memphis Laske, Lakota Laske, Ella Moreno, Maisie Moreno, Myla Moreno; siblings, Chaske Owen, Lonnie Richardson, Jamie Richardson, Christie Richardson, Kelley Owen Richmond, Shane St. Germaine, Jonathon Wagner and Phillip Wagner; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her biological parents, and adopted father,

Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Sunday, July 27, 2025 at the Prairie Island Community Center. Visitation will begin 4 p.m. Friday, July 25 and will continue until services.
