Stephen John Lee, Jr.

Stephen John Lee, Jr., of Red Wing, died Monday, May 26, 2025 at his home. He was born April 9, 1968 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Stephen John Lee, Sr. and Eileen (Wells) Lee. He grew up in Elkhorn, Wisconsin and graduated from Elkhorn Area High School. He was married twice. He married Rebecca Lee and the couple had one daughter, Jessica. The couple later parted ways. He then married Linda Lee. Linda preceded him in death.

He met Heidi Sunder and together they moved to Red Wing. Stephen worked maintenance at both Treasure Island Casino and the St. James Hotel.

Stephen was a quiet man who frequently kept to himself. He enjoyed planting and harvesting his own vegetables and he was a fantastic cook. He loved his motorcycle and often found solace on the open road. He was a great partner to Heidi and treated her children and grandchildren like his own.

He is survived by his sisters; Robin Burdick and Tammy (Michael) Kadolph; partner, Heidi and her two sons and three grandchildren; and his 9 nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his daughter, Jessica Lee; spouse, Linda Lee; and his parents.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, June 7, 2025 at St. Patrick’s Mount Olivet Catholic Cemetery in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. Online condolences may be left for his family at www.mahnfamilyfuneralhome.com
