She was beautiful inside and out. If you knew her, you couldn't help but love her. She always knew how to make everyone she spent time with feel like they were the most important person in the world. She loved everyone. She had an amazing sense of humor. Her laugh was so contagious.
Teresa Mary Price Gadient, 70, a beloved figure of Red Wing for more than 50 years, went to her Heavenly Home on August 5, surrounded by her loving family. She spent most of her time making others feel better, with a special treat of a cookie, a hug, or a joke. She also worked many jobs in Red Wing, managing retail stores for many years before becoming a well-known massage therapist. For the last 25 years, she was the voice and face of Gadient Garage Doors, a company operated with her husband Todd. The two have been married more than 20 years.
Of all the jobs she had, her favorite was being a mom to her son Jamey.
If you knew her, you loved her. This testament is verifiable by the little things she did, making you feel special when she spoke to you; even stopping to pray with the postal employees when she dropped off a package for mailing. With a gentle touch, a smile, or a prayer, she made everyone feel special.
Teresa is survived by her loving husband Todd, who was always at her side, her mother, Rosemary Price of Rose Creek, MN; siblings, Rosemary Jepson of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, James (Betty) Price of Foley, Minnesota, Kathy (Gary) Tapp of Ellsworth, Wisconsin, Maria (Lee) Schultz of Lake City, Minnesota, Thomas (Tami) Price of Alden, Minnesota, Brian (Shirley) Price of Randall, Minnesota, Gina (Wayne) Peterson of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, Anthony (Maria) Price of St. Anthony, Minnesota, Andrew (Natalie) Price of Kasson, Minnesota, Mary (Jon) Lewison of Rose Creek, Minnesota, Anne (Michael) Bauer of Rose Creek, Minnesota; grandchildren Tayler Rose (Sid), Sophie Anna, Lilly Anne and Finn James, and more than 200 nieces and nephews.
