In Loving Memory of Terry Rossi

Terry Carl Rossi, 59, of Red Wing, passed away on Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at his home. Born on May 4, 1964, in Red Wing, to Neil and Judy (Glander) Rossi, Terry was a 1983 graduate of Red Wing Central High School.  After high school, he worked for Quality One Woodworking in Hastings.  He married Alice Wiener in 1994 and they had 2 children, Chase and Jenna.  They later divorced.  Terry returned to Red Wing and he later married, Kim Haroldson on August 23, 2008.  Their love was a source of true companionship, happiness, and unwavering support for one another.

In his free time, Terry enjoyed simple pleasures such as fishing, listening to country music, spending time with his friends and family and watching his favorite sports teams like the MN Twins, Green Bay Packers and the MN Timberwolves.   He had a great sense of humor and loved to play jokes on people. Terry's kind and gentle soul and big heart were evident to all who had the privilege to know him.  He will be remembered for his love of eagles and the care and love he had for his family and his cat, Minnie.

He is survived by his wife, Kim Rossi of Red Wing; 2 children, Chase Rossi of Minneapolis and Jenna (Kurt) Rossi; his step-son, Aaron (Tara) Jennings; 2 granddaughters, Alana and Lyla; 3 siblings, Tim (Barb) Rossi of Red Wing, Troy (Tara) Rossi of Jacksonville, FL and Tina (Howard) Ketel of Comstock, WI; mother-in-law, Lois Haroldson of Red Wing and siblings-in-law, Judy (Bob) Cousins of Alaska, Bruce (Jodi) Haroldson of St. Louis Park and Brian (Kim) Haroldson of New Ulm and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Neil; his mother Judy and a step-mother, Kathy.

To honor Terry's life and legacy, a Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 5, 2024, at 11 a.m. at the Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel located in Red Wing, Minnesota. Family, friends, and acquaintances are warmly invited to pay their respects, share stories, and celebrate Terry’s life.  A visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service.  Burial of Terry’s urn will take place at Calvary Cemetery in Red Wing.
