Thomas R. Kosec, 88, of Red Wing, died Monday, July 28, 2025, at his home, surrounded by his loving family. A private family burial will be at a later date at Oakwood Cemetery in Red Wing. Arrangements are by the Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel. A full obituary is forthcoming.
