Todd Edward Adamski

Todd Edward Adamski, 58, of Red Wing, left us peacefully on October 17, 2024. 

Todd was born November 12, 1965. He joined the REM community when he moved to REM Oak Park Heights on July 31, 1995. He spent his days at Opportunity Service, where he participated in various activities and outings. He retired from Opportunity Services in 2020 during Covid and instead spent his time relaxing at home with REM staff and roommates. 

Although he was blind, Todd was very independent. He enjoyed his bean bag chair but he mostly loved his hankies. Todd had a long-time roommate and friend until moving next door in 2020. 

In April of 2024 Todd started receiving Hospice Care after being ill for a short time. Todd was resilient until the end, passing peacefully, surrounded by his long-term care staff. He will be missed by many and on behalf of REM staff, it has been a pleasure and a blessing being a part of Todd’s life. 

Todd will be buried at Oakwood Cemetery on Monday, October 21, 2024 at 1 p.m.
