Judith D. Bjugan

Judith Deanne Bjugan, age 69, of Red Wing, died Sunday, January 3, 2021 at the Bay View Nursing Home in Red Wing.  She was born July 2, 1951 in Red Wing to Raymond and Elaine (Kvalvog) Bjugan.  She grew up in the Wanamingo area where she attended and graduated from Wanamingo High School.
