Milford "Pete" Klindworth

Milford “Pete” Klindworth, 96, passed away on Tuesday, April 6, 2021, at The Bluffs in Lake City.

Pete was born on March 31, 1925 in Chester Township in Wabasha County to John & Emma (Weich) Klindworth. He farmed in the Goodhue Area and owned and operated a Plumbing business in Bellechester. He married Donna Rutz May 5, 1990 at in Bear Valley at St. John’s Lutheran Church. They lived in Lake City.  Pete was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Lake City.

Pete is survived by his wife, Donna of Lake City; Step-son, Richard (Kathy) Holst of Lake City; brother-in-law, Donald Schreader of Mazeppa; and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his daughter, Linda Soifakis; siblings, Paulina Henrichs, Elda Haglund, Leonard Klindworth, Edward Klindworth, Erna Hinrichs, Verna Klindworth, Evelyn Holst, Lorna Diercks, Marlyn Klindworth, and Marcella “Sally” Schreader.

A Private Graveside Service will be held at St. John’s Cemetery in Lake City. Mahn Family Funeral Home Anderson – Peterson Chapel Lake City.
