Sara Cortes-Garcia

Sara Cortes- Garcia passed away peacefully with family at her side on May 31, 2021.

She was born in Mexico City, Mexico on February 25, 1944 to a loving family of her mother and father and two siblings.

She received an accounting degree and worked as an executive secretary for over 45 years.

She enjoyed coloring, doing word search, watching the Minnesota Twins, making hearty meals, tending to her flowers, but most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family.

Sara was a caring, thoughtful, and wise individual who always had great advice. She devoted herself entirely to her family, always putting others first.

She is survived by three daughters; Claudia Carolina Cortes and her husband, Daniel Lara, Sara Bauza and Josephine Bouza; grandson, Karim Bauza and his wife Paige and her great grand-child, Alessandra Bauza.

A small service will be held with family June 5th, 2021.
